However, in this EURO 2024 group, the focus will be on the Denmark – Serbia match. Serbia have not yet shown their full potential, but the match could be much more interesting than it seems. All they have to do is beat Denmark. A draw is only partly good for Denmark, as they need Slovenia to lose or draw without scoring a goal.

Serbia lost the first match 0-1 against England, which was not a very unexpected result. They were considered quite clear favourites in the second match against Slovenia but never managed to score. There were plenty of chances, and the 1:1 scoreline does not reflect the course of the match.

Slovenia also had chances in quick attacks, but the Serbians, and especially Aleksandar Mitrovic, could have put the team ahead, which would have allowed them to control the match.

Denmark drew against Slovenia and England, but there are not many positives in the game. The 1-1 draw against England does not look bad, but the England team itself looked very poor here, and with better play, Denmark could have taken the win.

The Danish national team has several high-level players, but its play raises many questions – the situation is similar for Serbia.

Denmark should not be too keen on playing against the physical Serbs. We saw this against Slovenia and England – hard and painful fouls, not the cleanest game. A draw is partly appropriate for Denmark; losing would mean missing out on the play-offs.

For Serbia, only a win saves them and nothing else. The Danes played better against the English than against the Slovenians, but the Serbs haven’t played their best game in the championship yet. +0.0 means that the bet will be returned in case of a draw.
